Practise:
The practise of the firm mainly relates to Tax, Financial & Accounting advice to multinational companies operating in Italy and to Italian companies operating abroad, with special respect to:
- advice, assistance and direct involvement in negotiations to acquisitions, divestments, joint-ventures, etc.
- advice, assistance and execution of Accounting and annual Tax & Financial Statements fulfilments;
- advice an assistance to negotiations due diligences, audit etc. on M&A and JVs matters;
- advice and assistance to multinational companies in starting-up of local subsidiaries, by providing all compulsory and necessary services (i.e. bookkeeping, monthly reports, payroll, Tax Return, Financial Statements, etc.) all time long to recruit and to train the adequate clerical staff;
- advice an assistance to HW & SW purchase, installation and start-up;
- appraisal reports of groups, companies, assets, business and operations for acquisition, divestment, merger, joint-venture, tax or evaluation purposes;
- direct involvement and participation to the management of the subsidiaries by working in a managerial capacity;
- chairman or member of Statutory Board of Auditors, often with supplementary duties directed to protect the investment of the parent company;
- undertaking of fiduciary offices directed to provide the utmost confidentiality.
